Not a beheading but this'll do for now
Looks like first shot was not exactly intentional, only those following up shots.
Stupid to keep driving with a cop in your car, but even more stupid to "surprise" someone behind the wheel of a car in the back seat. Also shooting the driver while you are in the back puts them cop more at risk of a fatal crash. God cops are idots.
