We sure this isn't Beruit ? There's no internet in Iran and only about 1% of the people have access to starlink.
Independent tech nerds online are monitoring the internet traffic in and out of Iran and they say it's totally flat lined . It's been that way for weeks.
They turned the internet off during the initial protests. The regime is most likely using sat phones to communicate amongst themselves.
