wtf happened?
That same thing happened in Houston decades ago when a tanker truck filled with Ammonia fell off an overpass. Killed several people and killed all the vegetation with a quarter mile radius. Luckily I was right on the upwind edge of the gas cloud.
Not Chile any more !
That was just , Chich and Chong opening their van doors.
