Charged but never convicted of murder.
Not judging the guy destroying the private property, just wanted to point out he would be alive still IF he didn’t start to destroy private property. One additional point. IF he wanted to destroy said property then had to face the consequences of his actions he would also still be alive. The cop was a clusterfuck to be sure, however they would have never met had he not been a fucking asshole.
