Violence and psychopathy aren't the same thing. Being aggressive in an already aggressive environment doesn't make you a psychopath.

Aggressive negro's in Africa and the middle east, all have some kind of reason. Killing a thief or a rival tribe member.

If I remember correctly I think this has actually been done. They have studied psychopathy in Africa, and it turned out to be a lot higher than the rest of the world. Can't remember how much
