I would give the video 100 thumbs up if the shooter had stepped outside and shot himself in the brain pan. Three spooks eliminated? Very entertaining.
Portsmouth, VA, USA February 23, 2025-Raquan Delvonta Avery, 19, shot two guys, 17 and 18, trying to steal his shoes. He was charged with aggravated malicious wounding, shooting within a building, malicious shooting, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of a concealed weapon. He was also wanted in another shooting.
