They're claiming he did it on purpose and was reported for his 11+ misconduct on his record from other incidents. and was ultimately fired and removed and declared unfit for police work. He has a shady history. And is being investigated as a deliberate homicide. Not friendly fire incident. They allegedly had a romantic relationship and is rumored to wanted to end it. She died under 1hr after being shot. She died in the hospital. She was struck in her back. She went unconscious. And he is being investigated for his lack of aid. Like he played dumb and let her die.
