Nick Fuentes pushed a woman who tried entering his home after he was doxxed last year 2025. Battery charge has now been dismissed. Turns out defending your own front door isn't a crime.
Believe it or not, you cannot legally push somebody knocking on your door down stairs onto concrete. Shocking, I know.
In certain Republican states you can pretend you're askeerd for your life and shoot and kill the door-knocker, however, as long as you utter the magic words, "Look out, they're coming right for us!!!"
Fuentes, under the plea agreement, pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor battery charge and was placed on supervised probation.
The terms for Fuentes’ plea agreement reportedly included:
Completing 75 hours of community service
Enrolling in and finishing an anger management course
Paying $635 in restitution to Rose for her damaged phone
Delivering a formal apology to Rose in open court
He pled guilty, was convicted of battery, fulfilled his terms under the agreement, and the charges were dismissed. However, because he pled guilty, he opened himself up to a hefty civil suit that he cannot win.
This was right after the 2024 election. He had lunatics at his front door non-stop. This one was more persistent than most.
What you can't see in the video is that he pepper sprayed her first, but it was some expired pepper spray and it didn't do a thing.
Police were on their way already while this was going on.
Source: Nick's last night's show, of course.
A month later, another one of these lunatics who showed up at his door was on an actual killing spree. He had killed three people and Nick was supposed to be the fourth. Luckily Nick didn't open the door and the guy got killed in a shootout with cops soon after.
By the way, I only started listening to Nick's show about 6 months ago. It is fantastic. But I wouldn't recommend it to most of you.

Correct, and wrong at the same time.
