Chimpin Out the musical

Lin-Manuel Miranda's new musical looks promising.

Chud’s account (from his immediate post-shooting audio/livestream): He was told to walk away, did so, and said something along the lines of “have a good day / god bless you.” Fox then pursued, threatened him over the “chimp out shit,” and punched first (with over 100 witnesses backing this sequence as he was live streaming).

There is going to be a major chimp out when Chud is found not guilty, that is if they don't drop the charges before that:

Section 39-11-611 - Self-defense

(e) The threat or use of force against another is not justified:

(2) If the person using force provoked the other individual's use or attempted use of unlawful force, unless:

(A) The person using force abandons the encounter or clearly communicates to the other the intent to do so; and

(B) The other person nevertheless continues or attempts to use unlawful force against the person; or

Chud was live streaming this. Everyone who saw that stream was an eye witness to the event and can be brought in to testify. Even if they (a black police officer or investigator) manage to delete what he had on his phone, too many people saw it. The defense (or prosecution) can issue subpoenas for testimony or records. Pump.fun (a crypto-tied streaming platform) likely retains viewer logs, chat records, donation/IP data, or even the full stream recording (one circulating claim is that it holds streams for 30 days). A court could order the platform to turn over identifiable viewer information.
