old news, idiot cop(hernandez) thought acorn was gunfire. the person they arrested was not hit by the officer's shooting(around 2 dozen rounds). his reaction got his retarded partner to start shooting into the car too. his partner still a cop. the county’s state attorney’s office found no probable cause for criminal charges, the sheriff’s internal affairs investigation determined Hernandez’s use of force was “not objectively reasonable”. Hernandez resigned on 4 December. don't know how the case turned out for the person in back of car
