Dude was 100% justified. The attacker had a chair in his hand which clearly shows intent to commit aggravated assault. However, not sure how Taiwanese law defines criminal assault or stand-your-ground defense. I feel this yella fella was dead in his rights to hit him with a glass/bottle.
