Unfortunately That is called False Imprisonment. I had kids smoking in the basement of an occupied building and the cops said NOT to retain them, putting hands on them would be considered assault and locking the room they were in would be considered False Imprisonment. The police Have to be present to physically See them to Trespass in person. They didn't even want the school Issued Chrome Book and backpack one of the mopheads left behind. Oh I forgot.....
