I grew up near a town that made professional pyrotechnics. Some of the technicians would manufacture quarter/half/full sticks and sell them. Costs was anywhere from $2.50-$10USD a piece. The fuse cord was sealed in with epoxy and was maybe 10 sec delay, but you needed to light them with a cigarette cherry or punk. These idiots who use a lighter are taking huge risks because the flame can ignite further down the fuse. Bottom line, this shit can be fun but you gotta be fucking smart
