Yep the guy is a retard. I wish more people would sucker punch stupid fucking idiots like this guy openly harassing this woman like this. No balls anywhere. No dudes No law enforcement standing up for her. She played it cool and another woman of all people came to rescue here when what was really needed was like a flying chair or something shut him the fuck up.
