19 years in the Army and we had to do a mandatory, weapon handling test god knows how many times a year...... And it was pass or fail. No one fires a single round down range without the tick in the box........ No matter who you fucking were ..... Even the Colonels had to pass the test before being allowed on range...... It's criminal how gun ranges for fun are operated.....
