Educate yourselves and you'll find that Russia has 1 Mio soldiers ready that are not involved in the SMO. So they have more reserves than Ukraine has soldiers and more than European NATO forces combined.

After you fact checked this, you'll understand that this actually happened in Ukraine, where forced conscription and mass desertions are the norm.
