lucky bastard gets the first squeeze!! and then when the cam turns off he gets the first titty fuk!!
those are easy surgeries, in and out. painful as any invasive surgery but not near as bad as say an AP repair. and there is no finesse, the patients can't feel a thing so there is no pussyfooting around. gotta get through as many surgeries as possible to pay for the beach house.
