Then he proceeded to hit some other random bystander to prove how tough he is. Ordinarily, an asshole like this would be arrested, but Justin was free to go. The police have assured us that it has nothing to do with the fact that his daddy is lieutenant of the Sanford Police Department. They simply couldn't get a clear statement of what happened from the man who was sucker punched from behind. I guess a video and a sidewalk full of witnesses just isn't enough to go on. Show more
