Take it easy on these people guys, This town is built on a hill with no river running through it and still they got flooded from a couple of pissy causeways that never have anything in them but coke cans. There was no warning before the flash flooding, and children were swept away in cars and off the streets. The next day on the other side of the range there was flash flooding with a wall of water 20 feet high and no warning save for 1 minute before towns were washed away. Please have some respect for the 12 dead so far and 60 still unaccounted for.
