WTF IS GOING ON??? POLICE SHOOT HIM TWO TIMES IN THE FRONT WHEEL TO STOP THE CAR AND ASKING HIM HOW BAD THE PAIN IS? THAN THEY STOP RECORDING BECAUSE THE GUY FUCKED UP AND THE COP START TO STEALING HIS MONEY,WATCH SO ON!
