Yup thats the canadian cops i know. Beating on a guy whos already in custody.
Out of all the beheadings, abscess popping and motorcycle accidents, THESE turn my stomach the most.
It seems that at least 75% of cops are kids that got their balls broken in school...now they are given a gun, the backing of the city and a healthy dose of steroids to get even.
No wonder they find the fuckers in an alley with a hole where their head used to be.
