I guess this guy was an armed robber and climbed the crane to try to get away. I think he was also crazy, or all fucked up on drugs. What I know for sure is that he's dead, but unfortunately... Show more
one things for sure,his birth certificate just got an exspiration date.
I swear if you look close enough you can see some one reach in and turn on the windshield wipers!
He saved the taxpayers a lot of money--probably one of the better decisions he made in his lifetime.
