Well-fed Russo-Israeli wiseguy in ugly Schpeedo preying on malnourished Palestinian used-rubber salesman in modest baggies on public beach; he taunts the Arab into a confrontation, coldcocks him, assaults his friend, then tries to steal their property. Beach Safety Officer Goldfart keeps Baggie's buds at bay, passively looking on as Schpeedo delivers a deft right balkik, administers beatdown #2, and bestows the gratuitous headstomp upon the game-but-overmatched Baggie. BSO Goldfart even appears to bid the thug "G'day" as he makes off with the raft.........That's my take and I'm stickin' to it!
