That's how ya do it!

This is not a good idea. I have been to countries where this practice was in effect for awhile. These countries quickly abandoned this cutting off of the hands of people who steal and for good reasons: The female thieves in most cases had children and following the removal of their hands, the next day they couldn't wash their babies, change the diapers of their babies, fix any food for their babies, or even clean (douche) their own vaginas,... the entire situation created a bigger welfare state because the recipients of this kind of justice were now disabled and needed public assistance. Foster care increased because mothers suddenly could not care for their infants, being recently disabled. And public health issues increased because people suddenly could not even wipe their own asses following a shit or cook for themselves or bathe themselves or brush their teeth. When these societies realized that they were suddenly going to have to provide for thousands of thieves and their children, they abandoned the practice of cutting off their hands.

I cannot believe the guy put his hand down not one but twice....I would have run away fast. Like that video shown all over of this good looking 18 year old in Mexico tied up who lets this masked guy cut her head off without cursing or screaming.
