Real stupidity not to know that camera phones have no light source in a night situation. I guess he was not stealing so he could feed his family.
if he would have learned his lesson he would've apologized to victim, which he did'nt do.
I'm all for street justice but at some point you haveta ask,,,has he learned his lesson yet?
