^Can't believe I"M helping a NY guy, BUT,,,,,, You gotta make sure it's 100x100 pixels or what ever they call them, had same prob. with mine at first. Right click on photo you want to chose and change size. Then save to gallery/photos and start over again to upload Avi. Worked for me.
