I love his work it is hilarious. TOKYO GORE POLICE and THE MACHINE GIRL are cult movies for those who are into horror, gore, and grotesque movies. But all his movies are so fun to watch this guy has the best original ideas ever, each scene is like a "wtf, he just did it". So yeah for me this guy is a genius, and maybe a semi god because he makes blood and guts rain all over and everybody smiles.lol
