Saw the same thing happen to a guy riding a dirt bike on the streets of Philly. One of a group of ten or twelve, weaving in and out of traffic, running red lights and cutting people off, all while doing wheelies. His luck ran out when he ran into the back of a truck parked in the center of the street in the delivery lane. No helmet, not that it would have helped. Residents complain daily about that accidents these guys cause and the police refuse to do anything for two main reasons.
