I don't know if it's that he is fucking crazy, or if he's drunk off his ass. I'm going to go for he's crazy as shit and he's pregaming Oktoberfest.
The problem here is he high on drugs, or is he mentally ill. We may never know. Quite sad really. Who do we help, who do we save. Junkies choose their destiny. The mentally ill do not.
