DUMBASSES. The first was nothing more than low level compared to this one. Those were transmission lines between substation and whatever their power gen is. Here In WA those go from one of the Hydroelectric dams.
well, if the shock didnt kill that kid the completely verticle landing on his head sure did. and that other guy prolly stuck the landing.
