They might have over reacted but fuck him I'm happy with the outcome I would rather pay taxes for his funeral than a long stay in prison. Plus we got a video for CS
He was already tased with no effect. An armed assailant with an edged weapon can reach 21 feet in less than 3 seconds and inflict serious if not deadly damage to an officer. He already committed a felony and demonstrated no intention to listen to verbal commands. With deadly weapon still in hand, those cops gave him more than ample time to follow their commands. AT NO TIME did the officers need to give him a second chance. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Congratulations.
^^^I agree with you but you know what, they took too long anyway, he got too close to them. Its hard to fathom when someone calls the police because your standing on the wrong corner, or their looking for your next door neighbor and when you walk out of your door for some reason they assume you know them yadayayada, at the end of the day deep down inside, we know the weight lifting days of police officers are over, they can't muscle out people anymore.
