It was the moped rider's fault; had he rode a motorcycle he would have been traveling faster and would have missed the timing of that door opening...

@wombatbytes........... Looked to me after watching the video ten times the door opened about twenty-five feet in front of him. A black guy probably had something to do with it.
God damn!! "Death By Scooter" has to outrank Heart Disease in "Leading Causes Of Death" by now doesn't it?
