@dracos, yeah i just went ahead and paid them. I could never live in England though, i worked up some parking tickets there too with the parking maids where it just got to the point where i just said fuck it. I could go on and on about the money rackets they ring on the residents there. They have people that sit in vans and monitor TV signals going into houses for tax purposes.
