I was kind of thinking about this... Maybe it is a better idea of just killing the fucker like other countries do. Now they let him go and there is a very good chance he's gonna steal again. The only difference now is after this experience he's probably gonna be armed now. then who knows, hes gonna end up killing someone innocent.
They should apply this punishment to adult and teenage Mexican women who steal as well. Don't Mexicans believe in equal justice?
