What if he didn't speak English, or was hearing impaired, I was taught in the academy, you better see a weapon, that could kill you, before you use deadly force. This is what happens when you hire a bunch of pussies that want to be a tuff guy, they get freighted to death, then go to the gun, I would have tackled this guy probably kicked the hell out of him, but we would all go home, and live on.
