I don't get why what percentage of what kills what matters... how about we just say if you try to kill someone we kill you first and don't fight with the cops or you're gonna get shot... by the way the guy who's girl filmed him dying and showed no emotion.... had his gun on his lap they saw it on the gf's video so let's stop saying he didn't need shot.
