That's a miracle. Its amazing how people survive horrible accidents and also die from look to be small little fender benders too. He might have been saved for not havng a seatbelt because when he was thrown out, he went UP and all that upward force if he was in his seat belt would have literally torn his body apart. Seat belts do kill by breaking ribs, necks, etc. etc.

Wow, the last thing I would expect to see after a car landed on someones head would be for them to get up and nonchalantly brush themselves off lol.
