It all started when a woman reported to police that someone was breaking into a car on the night of Oct. 10, 2015. When Lawrence Crosby heard the woman honk her horn many times, he took off in his vehicle, according to the Daily Northwestern. The woman trailed him and contacted authorities. The Evanston police would pull Crosby over. In the video, Crosby puts his hands up, but is tackled by six officers. They can be seen be seen hitting him while they are holding him down. An officer revealed he told Crosby, "I didn’t shoot you ... you should feel lucky about that," Full story HERE.
