The language is English, but I'm not quite sure what accent that was.
Well, she's from down under, you can tell that coz steering wheel is on the wrong side. The language is a primitive version of English they call Australian (pronounced, 'Strayian'. by the natives). Here's what she says:
"You pull up, cause an accident. Check my photo, you're the one that pulled out, and I've got your car number. You caused an accident. YEAH!!??!
And you tried to. (picks up her phone) Two can play your game."
Now, where's my fifty bucks???
