The driver should have received a metal, and the kid deserves to go to jail, along with his parents. If I had done some shit like that when I was a kid, the driver would have beat my ass and there wouldn't have been any calling the cops. Then when I got home, my mom would have beat the shit outta me, then when the ol man got home, I would have gotten the hell beat outta me and he would have given the driver a cigar. Guess thats why my generation never acted like fucking primates as kids do today. Parents knew what responsibilty was and held the kids accountable.
