Appears a crazy homeless guy is having a conversation with Casper.
He's got his rules, we got ours. What exactly makes ours better? I'll bet he's happier than all of us most of the time.
I took this in Palm Springs today it was 110 F heh the guy is wearing a hoody. I think the poor fellow is homeless. A man in a red shirt came to check on him 10 minutes before I recorded him. He was carrying on like this the entire time heh.
