Wrong, The white man developed the processing techniques long ago when many of these drugs were legal. They passed on the processing techniques to the Brown Man who perfected it.

The White Man allowed the transportation, packaging and distribution of these drugs. During the golden age of American Gangsters, their were secret deals made with the Italian and Irish Mafia which funded government entities and programs long before corrupting local police departments.

As the drug problem escalated and Black People started to unite and fight for equal rights. Our Government had a bright idea to allow guns and drugs to flood all of our communities. Remember, other than a select few Black Dealers, non of them had to leave their stoop to receive perfectly processed and transported drugs for distribution.

As drugs became a problem in Black Communities, the Racist Justice system had another bright idea. They built the careers of many White Prosecutors, Judges and Politicians by targeting and locking up Black Dealers, this also kept Black Dealers from becoming too rich and powerful, unfortunately many innocent Black Lives were destroyed in the process... However, quietly but rapidly the Brown Man was perfecting his operations, soon he could virtually operate without any help from the White Man, Powerful Cartels were taking root... And you guessed it, When you fuck with the money, there's going to be a war, and the expanded Drug War that we have today is a perfect symbol of human greed, hate, and false sense of justice all wrapped into one huge convoluted mess, compliments of the White Man and his love of Money, Power and Hate above all else.

Now, Many of these hateful White People who rise to power, create a very distasteful image that affects regular Good White Folks. So in orderto keep Good White Folks from fucking up the program, they created near perfect messaging campaign to label Black and Brown as the root cause of all your woes, the woes of the country and the woes of the world.
