I guess the punishment for kidnapping is death, & the Policia can't resume order, apparently.
Not good enough for these assholes. Look up Jayne Rager and find out what Mexican kidnappers put their victims through.
Damn... smashed their skulls in. Brutal. Hope they deserved it.
