Nothing new there
That‘s China and everyone is happy with the situation. The driver pays money for the funeral and the familys lost, which is much less expensive than to pay for a cripple. And the family got money instead of taking care of a cripple. That's the Chinese way of life. Lotta people, no insurance, no need to keep cripples.
I’m sure he’s just gone to get help.
