bastard fails
It was a set up. Another neighbor (closer friend to the victim) coached him into doing it and provide the "gas" for him. Mean while told his buddy to make sure his doorbell cam was on!
What did he use, water?
Instead of using gasoline, the idiot filled it up with diesel!
