Another free service by Brazilian cops....just serving the general population
I love this new trending... The tatto removals, the cops doing (finally) good things for the youngs. I think the world is getting better
Bloody piss poor tattooing if just scraping a knife over it will take it off. Should have to carve off a chunk of flesh to make it worthwhile.
Better to tie his feet to a squad car bumper, rip his shirt and drag em till it comes off.
