Men from 36 seconds of the video appear to be out of their minds due to trauma. His appearance resembles former U.S. Ambassador to South Korea Mark Lippert, but watching the video reminds me of a terrorist stabbing in the attempted assassination of Lippert in South Korea in 2015.
