Rookie pilot done fucked up

I've seen worse; seriously - we were at the Shoreham Air Show when eleven people were burned alive and one decapitated by a Hawker Hunter - the pilot flew right over where we were standing, then pulled up into what I thought was a vertical climb... and then realised he was trying to do a loop. It was fucking obvious he didn't have the height and fuck knows why he even tried, but he came down on the road a few hundred metres from us in a ball of fire.
