sup y'all this happened in Romania and that guy was depressed af , Police threw flashbangs at him before he jumped off , they didn't even try to calm him down also once the police got down to him they started to beat him literally next to the ambulance with batons , he was probably gonna survive but i guess the shock from the beating killed him later on
