Drug addict have an overdoses in front of the police. The junkie swallows the rest of his drugs so as not to go to jail. Fact occurred in Brazil during a routine police surveillance

What a pitiful sight. You may have gotten away legally (from Drug Possession itself anyway), but biologically you're fucked forever.
